During my Easter stay, I appreciated the friendly and professional service provided by the staff. The chef went above and beyond to prepare a special dish for me, which was not on the menu. There was also a person, Mr A, who was knowledgeable about the food, and made great suggestions. Aside from the fantastic customer service, the location was perfect with easy access to key attractions, shops, and restaurants. I enjoyed the overall ambiance and decor of the hotel.

While my stay was enjoyable, I would have appreciated more in-room amenities such as toiletries and towels. the WiFi connection was weak in certain areas of the hotel, which made it difficult to stay connected.
